Scott M. Newmark is a trial lawyer who practices with the law firm of Sheldon J. Schlesinger, P.A. Mr. Newmark graduated cum laude from University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.S. degree in political science. He graduated cum laude from the University of Miami Law School in 1986.
After practicing with Stanley Rosenblatt for four years, Mr. Newmark joined Mr. Schlesinger's office and has been practicing there for the past 12 years. His area of expertise has always been representing individuals against doctors and hospitals in the area of medical malpractice.
Mr. Newmark has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1986. He is a current member of the American Trail Lawyers Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Newmark is married to Lisa and has three lovely children.
