Scott M. Newmark is a trial lawyer who practices with the law firm of Sheldon J. Schlesinger, P.A.  Mr. Newmark graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.S. degree in political science.  He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami Law School.

After practicing with Stanley Rosenblatt, P.A. for four years, Mr. Newmark joined the law firm of Sheldon J. Schlesinger, P.A. and has been practicing there for the past eighteen years.  His area of expertise has always been representing injured individuals in the area of medical malpractice.

Mr. Newmark has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1986, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in 2008.
